Deposit and Cancellation Policy – Redditch Lashes

At Redditch Lashes, we strive to offer a seamless booking experience and accommodate all our clients efficiently. To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of £20 is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will result in your deposit being fully refunded.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your £20 deposit. However, if you wish to reschedule, your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment.
