What to Expect at Your Appointment – Redditch Lashes
When you arrive for your lash extension appointment, you'll be welcomed into a relaxing, clean, and friendly environment. We'll start with a consultation to understand your lash preferences, style goals, and any specific requirements you have. Then, you’ll settle into a comfortable bed while we apply your extensions with precision and care.
Expect the process to take 1.5 to 2.5 hours, depending on the type of set you choose. During the appointment, you’ll be able to relax with your eyes closed—many clients even fall asleep!
Terms of Appointment
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This will be applied to the total cost of your service.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours will forfeit the deposit.
Late Arrivals
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the deposit will not be refunded.
No Shows
No-shows will result in a 100% charge for the missed appointment.
Clean lashes
Please arrive with clean, make up free lashes. Failure to do so will incur an additional £5 charge. Cleaning makeup from lashes takes considerable time.
Infills
Infills must be booked within 2-3 weeks of your last appointment. If lashes have shed excessively, a full set may be required.
Parking
On street parking is available, although it is Permit only. I have a visitor pass I am able to add you to, but will require your registration number.
